Pierce was born in Australia and started his show career there. He quickly earned his Australian Champion title and sired a few beautiful litters before joining SMG and Rosemary Goldens in July of 2024. We have a wonderful working relationship with Askaval and Alubyc Kennel and have been fortunate to be on this journey with them. Pierce started his AKC career right away. At the St. Louis Golden Specialty, Pierce took back-to-back specialty 5 point and 4 point majors under breeder judges, including BOS over the male specials. At the Kansas City Specialty, Pierce picked up another 3 point major, he finished with a 5 point major under respected breeder Judge Michael Faulkner. He is currently 5 points away from his Grand.
Pierce started scent work training in January 2025. He has finished his Novice Exteriors, Novice Buried and Novice Containers titles.
He is beyond talented! Sweet, dependable, loving, biddable, all with a great work ethic. We adore our boy!
Pierce is co-owned with Rosemary Goldens.
One day I received a message from our wonderful friends in Australia, saying they had planned our next adventure. Meet Ari, our next adventure! Ari quickly finished his Australian Championship, lived almost 4 wonderful years in Australia, siring many litters with several progeny that went out to Champion as well. Ari is now in the US, working towards his AKC Champion title. He is easy to live with, with a very tender personality. He is drawn to children and leans in for love. These are all attributes that will make him an excellent pet therapy dog. We are hoping to test Ari in the fall of 2025.

Tate was imported from Australia, and boasts some bloodlines we were very excited to introduce to our breeding program. He has earned his AKC Intermediate Fetch title, his AKC CGC, Fit Dog Intermediate, Farm Dog Certification, and his UKC Champion title. He recently completed his Pet Therapy Certification and makes visits to senior facilities.

Rory is a beautiful example of the breed, with a gorgeous front assembly and elegant, efficient movement. Rory is AKC pointed, and working on his Champion title, as well as Rally and Obedience titles. Rory most likes working, and anything involving water. Rory is a pet therapy dog, spending most of his visits listening to fantastic stories from kiddos who thing he is the real life Biscuit.

Up and Coming Sires
Little Sullivan! Sullivan is a Flynn and JoJo son, born August of 2024. He has incredible retrieving skills and as he grows, we will focus on more performance work. He has his fathers incredibly gentle temperament, and seems to naturally know how to interact with people.
Reference Sires
Axel has earned his UKC Conformation Champion title, many IABCA Conformation titles, and is loving his semi-retired life in a guardian home. Axel out produces himself with every litter. His puppies have great minds, a willing attitude and tend to be very easy going. We lost Axel January 2nd of 2025. He is missed by many!
We are blessed that Marissa at Arkgold allowed us to use the wonderful Ozark. Ozark has a sweet and calm demeanor, loves water, and has consistently produced puppies with solid, happy temperaments. We also chose Ozark for Ocean because of his incredible pedigree. On Ozarks' bottom side, you will see Kyon breeding. Kyon is known for health longevity and very low rates of cancer. Kyon dogs traditionally have a much longer lifespan than the Golden Retriever average.
Flynn was imported from Australia at 3 months old from Alubyc Kennel.

His sire, Zenevieva North Atlantic Drift, won Best Puppy at Crufts. We lost Flynn in what we suspect to be a venemous snake bite in June, 2024. Flynn was the best therapy dog I ever had. Lincoln joined us in early 2021. With incredible drive, he easily mastered everything we attempted. He quickly earned his UKC Champion title, AKC Beginner Novice and AKC Rally Novice title. We lost Lincoln when we lost Flynn. He left a huge whole.
Alubyc Send in the Clowns
Higgins is bred by Alubyc Kennels in Australia. His clearances are as follows, Hips 3:4, Elbows 0:0, Heart Clear, Eyes Clear, PRA1 Carrier, PRA2 Clear, ICH Clear. You will see Paco in most of our pedigrees. We love the temperament that he passes on, and his longevity and health. Born in 2008, we lost Paco in March of 2022.
